Subject to Temporary Duty assignment travel approximately 30 days per year
Strong ability to analyze range internal business data, data operations, and to develop decision quality information from that data to improve the cost, labor, and charging procedures
Strong knowledge of policies and guidance to actively manage range internal business data, data operations, and cost data programs, and to analyze range resource data operations, cost service data, and charging data for accuracy
Strong ability to create comprehensive range data spreadsheets for analyzing scheduled range resources, actual resource hour inputs, operations data, tracked resource hours, and resource hour estimates
Strong ability to independently investigate range internal business data programs to resolve inaccurate data collection, and to analyze cost, labor hours, and charging data to correct errors or deficient procedures
Strong ability to establish, interact, and maintain good working relationships with technical leaders, administrative leaders, work center leaders, and program managers
Strong ability to communicate effectively using oral, written, or with computer software application skills in order to develop and present data analysis briefings and presentations which describe data trends to support problem resolution
