Qualificatins
Eligible candidates must have the ability and be willing to work on site – this role requires frequent on-site interaction
Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field
2+ years of documented experience in working in PERSEC, with the NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, and JSIG
2+ years of experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python libraries or similar software
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office- SharePoint, Excel, Word, and exceptional PowerPoint skills
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Existing Secret clearance with current enrollment in Continuous Vetting
Proven customer service, teamwork, and process improvement skills
Ability to solve problems by utilizing training, knowledge, tools, and analytical skills along with the ability to interact with a variety of customers, partners, vendors, management, interact with executives across the enterprise, and employees at all levels in the company
Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy and integrity along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Knowledge of defense industry security clearance trends and metrics
Working knowledge and experience with all the personnel security vetting government databases and systems
Familiar with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency personnel security and suitability reports
Certified Tableau Data Analyst and Certified Tableau Server Associate
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools
Experience using SQL for data retrieval, manipulation, and transformation
Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
Experience with data cleaning, data wrangling, and data preprocessing techniques
Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application
Have prior experience in functional area of interest
Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position
