The salary range is $90,375 - $100,329 ; commensurate with education, credentials, and experience

Qualificatins
Bachelor's Degree and six years' relevant experience required
An advanced degree in a related discipline may substitute for up to two years of required experience
Six years of higher education research experience or related area with a focus on survey development, administration, quantitative research and/or data analytics and reporting
Demonstrated proficiency with electronic survey platforms, especially Qualtrics and MS Forms
Experience with data management and statistical analysis using Oracle SQL, R, STATA, or SPSS (syntax)
Demonstrated proficiency using standard Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail
Translate complex data to simplified stories for non-technical audiences
Clearly document processes for various audiences visually and with narrative
Plan work and manage multiple and shifting priorities to meet deadlines
Work independently as well as collaborate with a diverse group of analysts and stakeholders
