The ideal candidate will have proven success in a highly technical field, such as software development, computer science, or engineering
A commitment ability to evaluate and analyze complex information and a natural desire to help people understand it
Minimum 3 years conducting research and analysis that includes gathering/assessment of large data sets
Ability to utilize tools commonly used for data analysis and visualization
Tool categories: Scripting (to construct queries), visualization, MS/Google Suites
Interest in developing your data storytelling abilities, as well as the ability to articulate technical information to a non-technical audience
Self starting mindset with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and identify opportunities with limited oversight
High proficiency in SQL and prior experience in tools such as: Postgres, BigQuery, and Excel
Experience in statistics (e.g. hypothesis testing, regressions, experimentation logic and biases, data normalization techniques)
Experience developing and documenting data models
eam player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
Analytics experience, typically obtained in 2+ years
Background and foundational knowledge in databases and ETL process
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Experience in working with engineers to improve user experience (ex: design, UI), refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
